Crew Management
We maintain an open and transparent system for addressing seafarer grievances. Any complaint can be addressed directly to the Managing Director via email at info@elysianwavemarine.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 7 working days.
If a grievance remains unresolved, the seafarer has the right to approach the Director General of Shipping or the Seamen's Employment Office of the relevant flag authority.
